The Race is On........

The Race is On....

Hi there everyone. Can you believe that Xmas is sneaking up on us real fast now. The race is on to get everything done and dusted by the 24th of December. How is all your Christmas shopping going? Luckily I am finished mine, was great to have some spare time while travelling the South Island to do most of my shopping.

Thank you to everyone that has ordered from us. Just a wee reminder that the 15th of December is the cutoff with posting orders. Unfortunately we have had some issue with parcels going missing in transit so now we are couriering all our parcels, yes this is much more expensive however we can track and trace all the parcels. Please don't worry though the shipping price will remain at $6 at the moment and we will cover the rest. If you do live on a rural delivery address and are able to have parcels sent to a town address, this would be much appreciated as there is an additional $4 charge for Rural Delivery.

Now for some more interesting news, I have been busy in the factory, visiting retirement homes and speaking to groups. You may have seen on my Facebook page where we had a Pop up Shop in Mosgiel on Friday and with the wonderful support of the folks in Mosgiel / Dunedin areas, we were able to donate $300 to the Mosgiel Cancer Society. I do love that we can support such a worthwhile cause. Thank you to the Mosgiel Cancer Society Ladies for selling tea/coffee and christmas cake.

The week before Christmas I head to Christchurch to deliver soaps for the up and coming Camp Quality camp being held in Christchurch in January. It will be a quick trip, up one day and back the next but will be fun as my Dad is coming for the ride.

I have managed to find some quality time to spend with Millie, we went the the South Otago A&P Show and Millie showed her pet lamb, Sparkles. The pair of them did really well and was so neat watching them both in the Grand Parade. Precious moments.

Yesterday afternoon we had a high tea afternoon tea at the Scenic Circle Hotel in Gore for my cousin Jo's birthday. It was a mother and daughters only outing, was so nice with all the old crockery and tiered plates. Was fun trying to be a Lady!!!!!

Competition Time:- How would you like to win this beautiful Zsiska Necklace (picture below),

Each ZSISKA piece is handmade with love and care from resin in combination with quality materials such as 24k gold and pure silver leaf. Inspiration for every collection of ZSISKA is found in the wonderful diversity of nature, cultures, art, upcoming fashion trends and colours.

The company behind ZSISKA was founded in 1992 by Dutch jewellery designer Siska Schippers. She was born in Amsterdam and worked as a European gold and silversmith before deciding to move to Thailand back in the 90s to create handmade design jewellery. After experimenting with different techniques, she found a way to make resin as clear as glass. It is often used in combination with other high quality materials. Till this day, she leads the ZSISKA design team with great dedication and experience.

Please email me through the contacts pages of the website the following answers? We will announce the winner on the 15th December. Please include your postal address.
